Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 75bdt platform and all its services. By accessing 75bdt's website, mobile application, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. 75bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms in whole or in part at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms are published will be treated as automatic acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the prevailing laws of Bangladesh will apply. 75bdt's services are provided solely for personal entertainment and enjoyment, and are not a substitute for professional income.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on the 75bdt platform. The name, mobile number, and other identifying details submitted at registration must be truthful. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or running multiple accounts from the same device or network, is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Login details should not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 75bdt support team immediately. 75bdt will not be liable for any loss to an account resulting from your own negligence.

2.3 Identity Verification

75bdt reserves the right to verify account information at any time. If documents are requested for verification, they must be provided within the specified time. Failure to supply the required documents within the given period may result in the withdrawal process being temporarily suspended.

Age Verification and Responsibility

All casino and betting activities on 75bdt are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

By registering, you declare that the age information provided is truthful. If 75bdt confirms that a user is underage, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be declared void. Any deposited funds may be returned in such cases, but no winnings will be paid out.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The currently active deposit methods on 75bdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount per deposit is ৳500. The name on the payment method must match the account name; deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

Deposits are generally credited to the account within a short time. In exceptional circumstances there may be a slight delay, in which case you may contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

The mobile number provided at the time of withdrawal must match the number used for account registration. 75bdt will not be liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information being provided.

4.3 Transaction Records

Records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions are stored in the account history section. Any dispute regarding a transaction must be reported to the support team within seven (7) business days.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳18,000 in wagering must be completed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

The bonus is credited to the account as extra funds — it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met. There is a set time limit to fulfil the bonus terms; if the conditions are not met in time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotions

75bdt may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own applicable terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is announced. Whether multiple bonuses can be combined at the same time will be specified in the individual terms of each offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The 75bdt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier — Bronze offers up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses. For example: a Silver tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules and a set RTP (Return to Player). If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, that round may be declared void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Server logs are considered the final authority; screenshots or recordings from the client side will not be accepted as conclusive evidence in dispute resolution.

6.2 Sports Betting

No bets will be accepted after a betting market has closed. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant single bet will be voided and the stake returned; in the case of a multi-bet, the cancelled market will be calculated at odds of 1.00. Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.

6.3 Technical Issues

75bdt is not liable for any game or bet left incomplete due to internet connection problems or device faults. It is advised to always play using a stable connection.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

75bdt believes that gambling or betting is entertainment only — it is not a solution to financial problems in any way. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bdt platform:

• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing through a third party's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Creating or operating an account using fraudulent information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 75bdt

75bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account if there is suspicion of a terms violation or if an investigation is required. The reason for the suspension will be communicated to the relevant user via email or live chat.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus-related funds that are not yet withdrawable will be cancelled.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be marked as inactive. 75bdt reserves the right to close inactive accounts after notifying the user in advance.

Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Appeal Process

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you have the option to appeal to senior management. All relevant information and evidence must be submitted together when filing an appeal. The final decision of 75bdt management will be considered binding.
